Retirement Communities of Holiday Estates III and Lemon Bay Isles 1, 1A, & 2

Serving the 55+ Retirement Communities of Deed Restricted Holiday Estates III and Lemon Bay Isles 1, 1A & 2 located in Englewood Florida along the Gulf Coast.

An active community with lots of clubhouse events. The club offers a pool, tennis and pickleball courts, shuffleboard and bocce ball. Music and sing-alongs on the pool deck weekly. Monthly dinners and bi-monthly Sunday breakfast sponsored by the Men's Club and lots of social gatherings. Edgewater Club serves the residents of Lemon Bay Isles 1, 1A & 2 and Holiday Estates III who have a membership. It is run by member volunteers.

The homeowners of Holiday Estates III and Lemon Bay Isles own their own property. Homes are on spacious lots and many have water frontage on one of several waterways and ponds. Each community has its own HOA/POA.
